The main Roanoke Public Library reopened Monday, after it was closed Thursday for repairs to the power line that supplies it.
The line was damaged when workers digging on Bullitt Avenue unexpectedly hit it. The crew was working on Elmwood Park storm drain improvements.
In order to repair the line safely, power had to be cut.
