A former project manager for Breakell Inc. who pleaded guilty to a fraud charge in U.S. District Court in Roanoke has been found not guilty of a state charge that he attacked his former partner.
Jamie Carl Graham was arrested Feb. 4 on a misdemeanor charge that said he assaulted his former domestic partner, Carlos Persinger.
A judge on April 16 found Graham not guilty of that charge, court records show.
Graham, who is in custody, is scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 27 on the fraud conviction.
