Two men and a juvenile are facing charges related to a robbery reported Wednesday in Radford.
According to a Radford police news release, detectives were near the 1100 block of Calhoun Street investigating an unrelated matter when, at about 4:30 p.m., they saw a male with "obvious signs of an assault" get out of a dark Jeep Cherokee.
Officers approached the victim, who said that he had been robbed by the occupants of the Jeep , according to the release. The vehicle fled , and detectives radioed its information and description to patrol officers.
The Jeep was pulled over by Radford police officers and detectives in the 600 block of Howe Street, the release said.
Lamonte Devon Harrison, 21, of Riner; Malcolm Jamal Stanton, 23, of Christiansburg; and a juvenile whose name was not released were charged with robbery and conspiracy to rob, the release said.
Harrison and Stanton were being held Thursday without bond at the New River Valley Regional Jail. The juvenile was being held Thursday at the New River Valley Detention Center in Christiansburg.
