INVITATION FOR BID Total Action for Progress (TAP) is seeking qualified contractors to perform major rehabilitation services for two residential properties located in Roanoke, VA. Contractors will be asked complete a Statement of Qualification, show proof of insurance and State license, Class A. Contract documents will be provided at the mandatory pre-bid meeting/site tour on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at 3:00p.m. For the location of the pre-bid meeting please call (540) 283-4844. All bids must be submitted by Friday, March 31, 2023 at 1:00p.m. local prevailing to Total Action for Progress. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at TAP Operations Center located at 2121 Salem Avenue, S.W., Roanoke, VA 24016.
