N. 74 30' 45'' E. 40.00 feet to an iron pin set, cornering; thence along the boundary of Lot 21, S. 15 29' 15'' E. 130.00 feet to a nail set located on the northerly side of a 10 foot alley, cornering; thence along the northerly side of said ten foot alley, S. 74 30' 45'' W. 40.00 feet to an iron pin set, cornering; thence along the easterly boundary line of Lot 19, N. 15 29' 15; W. 130.00 feet to an iron pin set, the point and place of BEGINNING; and being known as Lot 20, Block 26, Belmont Land Co., as shown on that certain plat of survey entitled "SURVEY FOR WILLIAM S. EMORY & NANCY C. EMORY AND R. JACK RICHARDS & DOROTHY T. RICHARDS," prepared by Jack G. Bess, Certified Land Surveyor, and dated November 1, 1989.
