The undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for Giles County, 501 Wenonah Avenue, Pearisburg VA 24134 on November 8, 2021, at 4:30 PM, the property described in said Deed of Trust, located at the above address, and more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREON AND APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO SITUATE, LYING AND BEING ON MAIN STREET IN THE TOWN OF NARROWS, GILES COUNTY, VIRGINIA, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: LOT NO. 10, AS SHOWN ON A MAP OF THE UNION TANNING COMPANY PROPERTY, AS MADE BY W. L. KINZIE, SURVEYOR, SAID LOT BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE LINE OF MAIN STREET, A COMMON CORNER TO THE LANDS FORMERLY OWNED BY J.M.
