Christiansburg teen found unharmed

Only $5 for 5 months

A teenage girl who reportedly ran away from her Christiansburg home Friday night was found unharmed and is back with her family.

The 16-year-old girl had been last seen Friday around 9:15 p.m. when she left the Liberty Street area on a 10-speed bicycle.

Christiansburg spokeswoman Melissa Demmitt wrote in an email Sunday that the girl "has been located safe and unharmed. She is now home with her family."
